Home care and routines are necessary for effective results. One of the best compliments I’ve had over the years is “you make it doable’. Herbs need to be taken. Sometimes adjustments in lifestyle habits will be beneficial. I keep it simple. One tea the first week or so. Perhaps an additional essential oil for the bath is added on a 2nd or 3rd visit. I may ask you to consider one food group as off limits for a week when your routine is comfortable. I may suggest you breathe deeply or move just a little more. Perhaps I will recommend you think one positive thought during the day.

Change is difficult but only if too much is asked of you at any one time. I keep it simple.
