I became a Reflexologist in 1987, a Massage Therapist in 1988, a Master Herbalist in 1992 and an Esthetician in 1997. I studied with both the International Institute of Reflexology and the British School of Reflexology. I attended The College of Herbs and Natural Healing, UK. I have studied several forms of massage, in the UK and in America, including Swedish, Acupressure, Polarity Therapy and Structural Integration. I have been a licensed Esthetician since 1997 (in both California and Idaho). I’m a Certified Teacher.  I’m an active member of the Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce, a delighted member of Idaho Native Plants Society and proud to be part of The Sandpoint Wellness Council.
